A 1994 Harvard study concludes that 60% to 90% of all doctor visits are stress-related.
Also the 1997 ACE study at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, California shows that the "chronic stress" caused by "adverse childhood experiences" in the family is far more prevalent than most medical doctors believe, and is highly correlated with a whole host of physical and emotional problems later in life, from obesity to alcoholism and depression.
And, of course, in my practice I've seen a whole host of physical and emotional challenges caused by stress.
Now, we all have stress in our lives, and it's not always harmful.
Stress can actually help us concentrate and perform our best in difficult situations.
But the normal stresses and strains of daily life (what might be called "good" stress) can actually do us great damage when we repress our feelings about our difficulties.

Listening to these techniques may take only 10 minutes per week.

During this 13-week program, there will be regular stress level assessments and, at the end, there will be a final assessment followed by a webinar to conclude the program.
Although all aspects of each individual’s participation are treated as confidential, the company will receive regular summary reports throughout the program.
These reports will show counts of employee participation and also measure beginning stress levels and changes as the program progresses.
Not all stress is work-related.
Also, a significant amount of healthcare expense is incurred by family members.
So, there is also an option to add family members at a reduced price.
Also, another 13-week follow-on program is ready and available should the consumer wish to do so.
